As some of you know, each individual single tells a bit of the story that basically makes up the album. With "Present = Not The Past" telling the past of Sunset Shimmer & Starlight Glimmer. "No Better Expression" telling how Pinkie Pie wants the population of Ponyville to just forget about everything negative that's going on around them for at least one whole day.

And as for "Tyrant". This single tells about Princess Celestia & Princess Luna renouncing as the leaders of Equestria. And as the news spread like wildfire, there were also rumors about a regime change and how it will negatively impact of all Equestria.

So yeah, what the album is basically gonna be about is just how Equestria will go under many changes due to that factor.
